i go here but http://192.168.2.1 it says page can not be displasyed

If you try to access your router's IP address via Internet Explorer and you can't reach the configuration, them your computer is not properly connected to the router. Check the connectivity and try again.
About new firmware (if available), you usually can find it on the manufacturer's website.

I concur. Try belkin.com right after you verify your computer's physical connections. Also, check ipconfig/all or your LAC settings for the default gateway (which should be your router) to make sure you are trying to view the correct address.
