When I walked in the country in my teens there were two songs i used to sing, about enjoying your freedom. One was 'Don't Fence Me In' but I can't remember the other. Maybe you can help me?

Hi there. I'm guessing we're talking about older songs here? Might not be going far back enough, but could it be "Ride Me Down Easy" or "Restless Wind" by Billy Joe Shaver? Chorus to the first:
Ride me down easy, Lord, ride me on down
Leave word in the dust where I lay
Say I'm easy come, and easy go
And easy to love when I stay

And the second:
A restless wind is calling me again
Her woman's hand is tuggin at my soul
Summer's gone, and I'd best be movin' on
I can't let winter find me standing in the cold

It's kind of a long shot, but hope it helps. ( PS, the first was also recorded by Waylon Jennings.)

I'd go for Do anythin' you wanna do, by Eddie and the Hotrods. Why don't you ask them, what they expect from you. Why don't you tell them, what you are gonna do.
