I mean those bras made of thick material that covers all your torso and back and clip in the back with 10 rows of hooks. They are terribly hot and confining. Even my navel is covered. And now that's summer, they make me sweat a lot. I'm a 13 yo girl, C cup. and have to wear one everyday, it sucks. My short answer is, you don't. That sounds like a torture device. Why's your mom all wacko on the bra issue? I am a C cup and I am wearing a plain old regular bra right now--no padding, no underwire, 2 hooks, and it is still hot and uncomfortable. Maybe your mom has some kind of issue with your developing to such a voluptuous size at a young age and this is her highly inappropriate way of dealing with it. An appropriate way would be to talk to you about the attention you may be receiving and ow to handle it. Maybe have a sit-down with your mom, because punishing you for having big boobies is not cool.

Use baby powder and make sure you dry thoroughly after you shower.
Next time, don't cut up expensive bras that you did not buy!
