Is it because we did NOT evolve to do so?
Maybe that's why blurry sightings have happened. Our evolution has not perpared us to perceive certain parts of reality. We can't see IR, but that's there too.

ghost exist but on a different vibrational plane than our own. and animals and small infants can feel their presence but not necessarily able to see them. how ever there are some individuals who've gone to the other side, thru near death experiences, and back that are attuned in to both sides.

The reason we don't see ghosts is because they don't exist. But even if they did exist, they are supposed to be some spiritual entities in the ethereal plane and *should* be hard to see.
What we did evolve was a rich and sometimes misleading imagination. Our evolution toward rationality and critical thinking skills is a work in progress.
Edit: Oh, that's right. I forgot. "Vibrational plane." I guess that's like "frequency" for the scientifically illiterate. But of course, no one can give a meaningful definition of it without including even more mystical mumbo-jumbo. The fact that that answer got a thumbs up and mine got a thumbs down is pretty solid evidence that ignorance and superstition are still considered by many to be virtues worth fighting for.

No that is not the case at all......Everyone is capable of seeing a ghost or a demon(fallen angels) But the human mind is not always capable of accepting what it see... There are things that people see happen right before them and yet they don't see it for it is too much for their mind to cope with....Lets just take a auto accident 10 people were standing there and saw it happen, But they don't all see the same colors... For this person saw two red cars and another sees two blue cars now yes the color of bothh cars were red but this person is only able to cope by seeing two blue cars.... Neither person is color blind but that is how two different brains cope with what they witness................................... And when it comes to Ghost and ten people are standing there witnessing this event maybe only 3 out of ten are capable of dealing with seeing a ghost Now all ten sees the human body floating but only 3 seen the spirit that was carrying that body off....... The other just could not cope with what they were seeing it as simple as that...........................................

Seeing a ghost at any time (day or night) is just as natural as seeing living people day or night.
They are very real!
Some of them do try to communicate, some are just along for a ride to somewhere else and some just stay where they are and you happen on them.

People see ghosts all the time. Call them what you will, but many people have an ability to see things that are deemed "supernatural". It's all about your upbringing, your education of such things and your own personal abilities. Some people have a gift for it, some don't.

Well sometimes you can see ghosts. Not usually clearly because it's mostly at night when you see them but yeah. It's not uncommon to see figures.

They're not "ghosts". They're either demons or angels. Take your pick. They're there either way. Since they're Spiritual beings, they choose to make themselves known. Knda freaky, I know.
