no , u can try but the computer will not read the commands of the USB device

No, unfortunately, USB requires a USB Host Controller chip. There is no adapter made that can support a USB Host Controller over a PS/2 port, and the PS/2 port couldn't handle anything close to the speed that a general USB port would require.

NO, the computer will just get an error signal then shutdown as soon as you connect a device other than mouse in there. If you want more USB ports, get a USB hub.
