I live in a small town and there is this one bigger town two miles away, it has like everything there and my bff lives there. She usually rides her bike from the big town to my house it take 10 minutes she says. I would do the same but I am scared to drive to the big town because the whole way there is woods, I am only 15 and a girl what is the worst that can happen please tell?

If you live your life always worried about the worst thing that can happen to you - you will never leave the house - but then it could get hit my lightening and burn down around you.
What you need to consider is what are the chances that any thing will happen to you.
If could be that you will have a delightful ride in the country - get some fresh air - and develop a better sense of confidence in handling your self.
Should you take precautions? Yes.
Let someone when and where you are going.
Do not accept rides with strangers.
Move and act in a purposeful way.
Make sure your bike in is good repair.
Know the safety rules of the road.
Check with your parents - they live in the area too - do they think it is safe?
If you have a cell phone keep it with you.

Um...You could get a flat tire, be out of cell range, some creepy guy could come along and offer you a ride, you say no, he kidnaps you, and you're never heard of again? Sorry, I'm a litle more careful cause my friends dad disappeared a few years ago and was never heard from again. All they found was his car...I'm sure you'll be fine though, just keep a cell with you the entire time!

depends what kind of woods. a bear attack or strangers attack u. i would carry a can of pepper spray or mase. i have walked through woods back into town it so scary but i ran the whole way.
