well your computer is basically infected with with a pile of spyware and virus crap.. not virus that'll destroy ur comp but just annoying virus.. this is what u do don't buy anything cuz that's just all a scam.. get like norton antivirus or something and install it.. if u want a free antivirus and anti spyware/adware thing then go to download.com and find it there.. in the search box type in antivirus.. i recommend downloading the AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition 7.5.476.. that'll work..

The virus is the program that is telling you there are risks.
Run an anti-virus program or manually delete the files/registry enitries listed under the technical details of this page:

Download AVG antivirus, or PC Tools Antivirus. Both software programs will remove viruses, and both program are free. You can goto http://www.pctools.com or http://www.avg.com and try both of them if you like. I also use Zone Alarm firewall. I haven't had a virus on my computer since I quit using Norton and Mcafee.

The pop up is a scam from a spyware that is on your pc.
Get ad-aware and spybot search and destroy (2 free programs)
Then run these.
After that run you antivirus software. If you don't have any, you should. As a temporary measure, you can get a free online scan here: http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
Good luck.

Well you didn't get rid of it because you ran a spyware scanner to get rid of the virus. You will need an anti-virus tool. I would recommend avast! (http://www.avast.com)

If you claim it was created just yesterday simply go to System restore and go back a few days.

Start > Programs>Accessories > System Tools> System restore
