YEP..it's very hard if you are underwater or inside a gas chamber!
BTW, It's been a common observation that all homo sapiens & other territorial mammals breathe through their nostrils by exhaling out & inhaling in the air.
A recent discovery has led all the scientists the world over wonder if all animals breathe through their nostrils, why do they have an anus???
I've got the answer now, it's used by perturbed souls like you to breathe easily (Sane human beings call it farting).
