Semen is expelled from the vagina for the 24 hours following sex so that's what it probably is.

Discharge the next day is usually the semen working its way out of the body (assuming that a condom wasn't used). It does not mean that you're pregnant, although you always run the risk of pregnancy if protection isn't used. There's no way of telling a pregnancy as early as the next day. Usually a pregnancy is accomplished during ovulation, which is sometime near the middle of the cycle. Although there are variations, especially if you have super short cycles or really long cycles. A couple of weeks after ovulation is what it usually takes to have a positive pregnancy test.
Please take proper precautions if you are trying to avoid a pregnancy. Worrying every month makes it horrible on you and an unplanned pregnancy can definitely change several lives.
Take care and good luck!

It could be semen or pre*** still coming out for sex the day before, discharges do not only mean pregnancy, they could mean infection, ovulation etc... wait until you miss a perio and test.

Not really. Maybe they didn't test you if your pregnant. Maybe you should call your doctor.
