??? is that right ???

No, and I just now found this out might I add....
1st - kissing
2nd - up the shirt
3rd - down the pants
HR - intercourse
I never really thought it mattered too much though.

well i now that your bases are wrong(no offense). for everyone they usually differ but from what ive heard:
1st base: kissing(french or just a peck)
2nd base: fingering/hand job
3rd base: bl0w job/oral sex
4th base: sex
