I ought to be ovulating either today or tomorrow according to my cervial mucus and my charting. I am having sharp pains in my breasts sporadically. Does ovulation have anything to do with this? I had a mammogram 3 months ago and I was fine - just to put that out there too - to consider everything. Could I be pregnant?

Taking vitamin E helps relief the pain. You may be pregnant or it could be that your breasts are swollen( is your period near?), Wait a week or until your period is due and then take a test. I think it may be to early for your breasts to swell unless you have 2 months already.

I had same pain when i was ovulating. But I had fibredonoma removed in feb.so not sure. But that pain went away right after ovulation. I hv been experiencing it for couple of months.

I have them too. When it happens it kind of feels like a heart attack. I think they're normal. It may be because of your period or it could be growing pains depending on how old you are.

Sometimes you will have breast tenderness when ovulating.
