I pity them. they don't know what they are doing or saying. I have no pity if they are being violent to someone else though.

I just thank God it's not me. I would just keep an eye out for them to make sure they don't hurt themselves or others. It's really easy to take advantage of people in that situation so I am just always mindful to watch out for them.
