If I were you, I would chart it on www.fertilityfriend.com. The computer automatically figures that stuff out for you. It's a great resource.

Hiya your cycle may be a bit erratic at the moment but what I would say is as your first period was on the 9th of June and your most recent one on the 7 of July your body seems to establishing a routine again and you wont definitely know this until next month when it comes around the same time, if this is your new routine then the dates of 19th to the 23rd would be your best bet as the 21st is the 14th day after the start of your period so you can go two days before or after which will give you a good chance of conception

Good Luck!!

It is really hard after having a miscarriage, and wanting to try right away. My doctor advised me to wait for 2 normal cycles after I had my D&C in Dec. I would wait a couple of months to allow your body to heal so that it can carry your next baby full term. I would suggest buying some ovulation kits.

That is hard it takes time for your body to get in back in a normal hormonal cycle after a miscarriage. Were you on a 28 day cycle befre the miscarriage? Don't stress it will just take time. Worrying is the worst thing you can do, that can affect your cycle alone.

my friend had one and wanted to try again right away but her body was too weak the doctor told her to go on birthcontrol for 3 months and then have 3 periods by herself (no birth control hormones) and then she could try if i were you i would wait until you have had three periods by yourself so that your body will be up to taking care of this baby if wait until you get your period of aug. then "try" 10 -14 days after the first day of that period also right now i would go out and buy the prenatal multivitamin and or a folic acid supplement it'll help your body be ready when you do fall pregnant again

Your cycle may be messed up for awhile. You should probably use ovulation tests. You can get them really cheap here:
