how can i make a story on FanFiction?

how can i ..i think it says i have to wait a cretain time.....if you know how you can enter or make a story please tell me

Write your story (either in full or as individual chapters) on a word processor. Save as like a wordpad or txt file. Then when you're allowed to start loading, load the file/files. You'll be able to edit some on FanFiction.net, basically what you you might have lost such as bold face, italics, ect.. It's pretty easy to follow once you can start posting your stories.
