I personally think what Sprint is doing is wrong but you be the judge of what they are doing.

you're right. what they are doing is wrong. if anything, they should be dong more to help the people who are complaining or having problems, not just brushing them off. this shows that they can't be regarded as highly as they were and this will definitely hurt their business.

aw dang thats messed up...good thing i dont have sprint..i dont have anything....but i never did like sprint.....but ill be a verizon wireless customer soon.....they shouldnt even have the right to do that...thats crazy those people pay they bills and they stuff is getting shut off...man.....u or anyone that cs this can add me as a contact...bye...

that's why sprint sucks. that's what a CUSTOMER SERVICE line is for! to answer stupid question...that's why i have verizon. it's more expensive at times, but they actually help you.
