I know they just swept them but they anounced on FSN detroit that its been so many years since they last done that and thats what I was wondering.

I have been a Red Sox fan ever since I was a child. The last time the Tigers Swept the sox was in 1975-76 season.

they have never swept, in fact played the red socks, but they did finish sweeping the red sox last night.
