If your heat is gas figure around2-300 a month in winter, 30-35 a month for the range. If your heat is electric should be about the same or $50 higher. electric around 75 a month unless in summer you run the air then figure around $100-150. Water if not included around 60-75 per quarter, garbage is dependant on location..

Well, are you responsible for heat in the winter? Every apartment I've seen covers heat, but not AC in the summer.

Assuming they do not cover heat, you can expect bills of about $130 or so in the winter, about $75 in the fall/spring, and anywhere from $100 to $200 in the summer, depending on how much you run the AC.

Ask the adjacent neighbor - they would have the best idea because the sun exposure and insulation is the same for them.
