Not if the vacation time has already been earned. But I would check with HR and let them know what the situation is. If you can't get a straight answer from them, then contact a lawyer and see about getting a new job once you have sued the company.

Yes they can employers in the United States are not actually required to give even full time employees or salary workers pay they can deduct it if you change pay grades but not just for the hell of it... Now in other countries such as France this is a different story by law all employers are required to give at least 2 months of vacation time...

All depends on the company and the contract...as long as you stay full-time, it shouldn't be an issue.

No they can not do that........that would not be right you have earned that vacation time now go collect it!
