just sounds weird to me ;p - i've never seen a male nurse before and the first one was from "Meet the Parents" by Ben Stiller...sorry

There is nothing wrong with a man being a nurse. Nurses saves lives! Nurses are important. It does not matter if the nurse is a male or female.

Although nursing is seen mainly as a profession and tender loving care is female on the sociological, I know two men who are nurses and they do a very commendable job and sometimes outshine their female counterparts.
