Bill would never be secretary of defense or any white house job. That would be nepotism and unethical.

Al Gore is a good candidate for Transportation, but he probably won't accept

No. once you have been a 2 term president, you can never hold any of the seven top 7 executive positions of the white house. After FDR, they made it a rule that any president can only serve for 8 years. Being in the top 7 positions would make you a runner up for the presidency if anything happens.
