I want to know how to remove windows from my laptop completely?

I have a laptop with Windows XP and I want to remove everything and start all over. I have the Windows program to load but don't know where to start

Just put the new OS Cd in the drive and let it boot from the CD.

Say that you want to install a new copy of the OS and that you want to reformat the drive.

This will remove all your programs and data too, so get a backup of anything that you do not want to lose.
