the cd i bruned won't play ...why????

i burned a cd for my friend n it won't play on the cd player..what can i do to to make it work..or what is the problem?

many older cd players don't read burned disks.

if it is a re-writable cd then it won't play many times (cd-r disks, not cd-rw to burn a music cd)

you may have burned it as data (mp3) instead of wave form.. but if you used media player or roxio you most likely did it correctly (wave form)

you may have maxed the disc out on info and not given any space for it to "close the disc" at the end.. I did that once lol

that's off the top of my head and are the probable quick fixes.
