I have to vent out ..!!! What should i do?

Focus on looking forward. Instead of dwelling on what went wrong or how you wish it had happened. If you have no control over it, there's no need to worry yourself to death about it.

Focus on what you should do now. You can't change the past.

If something bad happens, think of at least 3 things you can do about it.

Then review the chain of events that would follow after each of the 3 things and choose the best one. Then go do it!

I feel the same way. I tend to get really down on myself if things don't go the way I wish. If you could somehow let go of your expectations and be happy no matter how things go, you may feel better. I notice that when I'm not tied to a particular outcome, I tend to feel more relaxed. But if I have high hopes, I tend to be more controlling and more easily disappointed.
I think venting in a blog is a good idea.

Pen and paper & write before you speak. Take 24 hours to think about the situation and let your emotions spill out on paper. Keep your writings in a safe place and refer to them daily. It will help you sort things as you go through the days and weeks.
