The Overture, and Sparks by the Who (from Tommy)

I agree with the person that ranked Cliffs of Dover highly - Eric Johnson is amazing.

Funeral for a Friend - Elton John

Here's a great one that you might not know: Rough Mix - by Ronnie Lane and Pete Townsend - also features Eric Clapton on guitar. Find this one - it's great!

Yes finally someone who likes classic rock besides me.
My favorite song is Simple man By Lynard Skynard. They have a bunch of good music that is instrumental.

Orion by Metallica. I don't know if you'd consider that "classic rock" but it was on their Master of Puppets album. Very good song. That's the only one I could think of.
