Your chances are somewhat high the first cycle, but the chances increase with each cycle you use clomid.

I know since you are trying to conceive you probably know this already, but putting a pillow under your bottom after sex and not getting up for at least 1 hour does help. Also, since my ovulation occurred so quickly that it could not be caught soemtimes on a fertility monitor, we had sex everyday (just once a day) and I got pregnant the first month of trying.

I did not use Clomid, but my best friend is used it and got pregnant her second cycle on it.

Good Luck!!!

I used it for 8 months and didn't get pregnant. But you never know. Be sure to continue tracking your ovulation. You're 22 years old, why is your doctor wanting to use clomid? How long have you been trying to conceive?
