To answer your question (as ignorant as it is) - No. The woman's private area won't change brown or black (unless it was that way in the first place). It might be a bit red if the intercourse was a bit lively but that will fade.

The only time a woman's private parts turn darker is during pregnancy, and it's due to increased blood flow to her genitals. Having sex with a black man will not turn them black. However, if she conceives a child, people will know she's been with a black man when her baby is born.
