Okay, your situation is going to be much more complicated. you absolutely NEED to have your IDs. since his orders to Germany were issued BEFORE you got married, he needs to get them amended. This may or may not be easy to do. Because you are not a US Citizen, there are more hurdles to jump through. in this scenario, you do need a Visa, because you are not eligible for a No Fee Passport. You also must have your Philippine Islands Passport. This is going to take a very long time, and frankly, may not happen at all. If you choose to move over there on your own, you would NOT be protected under the SOFA, and thus subject to Germany's rules regarding immigrants from the PI. Whether or not there is anyplace left in the PI that you can get your ID at I do not know, but he can fill out paperwork that allows you to do so, and you MUST have them before you can complete any of the Overseas Screening requirements to get Command Sponsorship.
