I bow to the genius that is Bradbury in his niche but there are others in other fields that are close to him. Honetly Ray has a way with words that just floors me.
But I also like Lawrence Block,Joe Hilley,Mike Connelley,Linda Fairstein,James Lee Burke,Randy Wayne White and some others.
The only person who comes close to Ray's prose is John D. MacDonald but he is no longer with us.
His turn of phrase is just remarkable. He gets right to the point and -if you have never read his Travis McGee series start with The Deep Blue Goodbye. All 21 books are colors.

If you're talking about science fiction, then, all due respect to Ray, you'd have to say Arthur C. Clarke. In my opinion, even if you're not talking about SF, you'd still have to say Clarke.
