It doesnt really. The ozone layer is built back up when then rays from the sun excite oxygen molecules and cause them to form ozone.

Ozone doesn't heal... It's destroyed and if someone were to destroy you you couldn't be healed... So stop with the aerosol cans (hairspray ) and save our only earth.

The chemicals which keep the ozone from forming (and staying formed) go away, thanks in large part to the Montreal Protocol.

well.....ozone cant really heal itself, it is a chemical in the atmosphere, i would say it deterriorates and it just covers itself up, and becomes thinner you know????
