This is an assembly line process:

1. A metal rod is fed into a cutting machine.
2. The cutting machine chops the rod into pieces, each larger than is necessary.
3. The pieces are smashed between two hemispherical dies.
4. The now roughly spherical balls are heat-treated in a furnace.
5. The balls go into a grinding mill, which spins them around in various directions, shaving off small amounts of metal and making them into precise spheres.
6. The balls roll down two slightly non-parallel knife edges. They fall when the gap between the knife edges equals the diameter of the ball. Slots at various distances along the knife edges sort the balls by size.
7. Balls of identical size (with some tolerance for error) are packaged together and shipped.

If you are a top contributor why don't you know how to spell or use a search engine?

The proper way to answer this should have been by asking "what the heck is a ball baring?".
