It hasn't clogged any of mine and I have been using it in 3 bathrooms for 10 years.

All toilet paper clogs toilets if you use too much of it at once. But I have found that the Charmin extra soft is thicker and does seem to clog toilets with less amounts of tissue compared to say northern.

I have had people tell me that they have had trouble with their toilet clogging and when they stopped using Charmin, they didn't have trouble any more. So I don't know for sure the answer to your question, but if you don't already have trouble with your toilet and are using Charmin, then I wouldn't think it would hurt to continue to do so.

Charmin Ultra is the culprit. If you have people with you who like to use a ton of paper, you will need to keep a plunger handy. The regular Charmin is just like any paper, but the Ultra is thicker. "With Charmin Ultra less is more..." You know the little song in the commercial?

This is, in my knowledge, false information. Any paper can clog up a toilet, it all depends on how much you use, I guess. I am obviously not an expert but I am pretty sure this is right.

It would more depend on the amount that you are trying to flush at one time. Normally, no it should not clog your toilets. good luck.
