The worst pain i ever felt was the effects i had from a chemo drug Taxol, what happened was i had an bad reaction to it and my body went into anafelectic shock....I almost died....but worse was to come the next day at home i got up i was in pain in my back and legs......I got downstairs and sat down, but when i tried to get up i could not and the pain was horrendus.I could not walk for almost 6mths unless i used crutches......... That is what you call worse pain i have ever felt and to this day i am still suffering with back pain....and that has been 3yrs now ...And the next worse pain is gout now that was painfull......But if you have answers saying childbirth, that is not pain it is a pleasure, well i think so or i wouldn't have gone a head and had 4 children....If you get answers that say tooth ache i will laugh my head of.....

Emotionally the worst pain I have had is current. I have strong feelings for someone and the feelings are not mutual and its really torturing me. We get on really well and that makes it worse. Physically the worst pain I have had was from having a PEG in my stomach. The procedure didnt hurt but I was in agony for days afterwards everytime I moved or didnt move. The nurse didnt think to tell me that acidic foods would make it worse until about the 4th day. I hate pain.

Ummmm that would have to be the time that I was playing basketball outside with some friends and i went for a two hand dunk and my hands were all sweaty and I could not hang onto the rim and went flying and landed back first on the concrete driveway. I did not break my back or anything, but I had the wind knocked out and of me and I thought I was gonna die cause I could not breath.

A shot... in the top of my mouth on the ridge thing... and they kept the freakin' needle in there for like.. 10 whole second!! What the heck!!?!? I did a very good job by not screaming, i don't think screaming would I helped anyway. A few years later i learned that I was using Chi (the martial arts kind) o.o tighting up your body so something won't hurt so much.

When I had bronchitis/ pneumonia every breath was so painful I used to wish to stop breathing just for a break. If you have a broken leg you don't walk on it, you don't have that luxury with your lungs!
Also when I did my back in I was in so much pain I could hardly walk and one time I was trying to get up and ended up on my back on the cold uncarpetted floor, my back went into spasms with the cold, and I was trying desperately not to cry with the pain as the movement was just making it worse. It was just awful, it took me about 10 mins to work out how to get up off that floor.

my mother could hear me screaming from the other side of the huge building
now i'm in therapy
emotionaly
hearing my little brother say he was a burden to my parents life and that every one would have been better off if he was never born and wishing he was dead and while dealing with that also dealing with my "friends" on a power trip and making up roumors about me and making harasing phone calles

I have 2 children naturally, but I have to say having root treatment at the dentist has got to be the most painful thing I have ever had to endure.

I always thought having an abscessed tooth was the worst until I broke my back, and that hurt as badly as giving birth to my second child. Ouch.
Emotional pain would be losing my parents. I miss them so much.

Physically: I was getting my cavity done without enough anastasia one time and the drilling was SOOOOO painful and the cold water being sprayed on it. I wanted to kill the dentist.
Emotionally: My mother was in Intensive Care at the hospital for about a month getting a dialasis which nobody new if she could survive It was painful going to see her there not knowing who we were and not making any sense. My brother and sister dont have a dad so we were taking care of ourselves and i would spend all nights with my mom having blood pumped in out of her.
and ummm...when me and the first guy i was in love with broke up. I could literally feel my heart like....breaking. I was depressed but i'm over it now.
