Time for a drink i reckon - what's the longest wait since answering a question before it's been given a Best Answer that you've experienced?

wow they took they're time but hey have a drink. The longest Ive noticed I had a best answer was about a week so not long really.

I closed out a question that had been on here for a least a year.
My personal longest time is a mere three months

only about 2 weeks not long, but you never know some people don't choose a best answer they let the votes count it for them so if there's a tie you just have to wait for a qualifier

Normally it within a few days but If someone forgets to go vote for there best answer they can go back at anytime a vote for one. That's probably what happened. Congrats on the best answer!!

excuse me while i $hit myself with envy,joke-heard it on two pints of lager an packet of crisps- love it.erm i think the longest is about 2weeks.init good when you get best answer tho =]
