Where do I find one that will connect to my PC?

No cable will convert one signal type into another. You need to find a common set of signals between your AV device and the PC. A lot of video cards will do S-Video out, if your AV device has S-Video in then that will work. Audio cables are pretty standard. Again that will depend on what signal your PC is capable of producing and what your AV device will take.

Some video cards that you can buy online or at computer stores will allow you to connect A/V cables to your PC.

What type of cable? RCA, SVideo, Component or Composite, HDMI. There are lots of different cables. You have to find out what type of connection your pc has available.
