Either something natural or semi-natural would be great.

I will never "get over myself" as you put it. Nor will you--the only difference is, that you're delusional to the extent which one believes that possible.

Thank you for your great words of wisdom, though.

Hard to do but you gotta stop masterbating everyday! Give it a week, then you'll see the result. Drink Gatorade a lot. Works for me!

Water, water and more water. Also increase the amount of fruits and vegetables you eat. Berries, cherries, celery, beets, carrots, tomatoes seem to be great. Get some honey in there about 2 teaspoons a day. You may not like the herbs much but they do work. I would say be very careful with them. I suggest Sarsaparilla, Saw Palmetto and ginseng which I've had no side effects from. Don't overdo them. In general however
from experience if you follow the basic food groups and mastrubate less you will see a mega increase.

This is my secret formula: wheat bread, brown rice, oatmeal(cinammon, carnation milk or regular milk), carrots, tomatoes, green vegetables(atleast a cup everyday), honey. Fruits cherries, grapes, bananas, strawberries (atleast a cup a day) and I drink atleast 4-8 cups of water a day.
Of course all of this is coupled with a good amount of excersise a day, reduce sexual activity as well as mastrubation.

I also don't eat meat that much but I do eat some beef, chicken and lamb the zinc and selenium found in meat/fish/nuts helps as zinc and selenium are needed to help the organs function, make sperm and semen. Nuts I cut back on but the nuts and seeds helped greatly..

True story.

My aunts are doctors. They stay telling me herbs are jokes. I disagree with them almost 100% but I can't deny the power of water, fruits and vegetables.
It may seem like a lot but it really isn't. The excersise actually helps you to channel your energy elsewhere besides bed. A nice long walk or brisk jog a couple of calisthenics some weightlifting, whatever gets you going.

Sorry for rambling on I just find the power of nutrition very interesting.

Sure, increase fluid intake. Semen is largely composed of water, if you aren't drinking enough water, your semen will be thick and in short supply. The human body requires a minimum of 2 liters of water daily to function efficiently, more if there are stressors like illness or injury or great physical exertion.
