Yes. New handle sets are sold at hardware stores and home centers. Measure the distance between the screw holes and buy the same size, or just take the old one to the store with you to match up the screws.

Of course, it is very easy. All you have to do is find the screws that hold the present on on and in the door. If you are afraid to try it. Go on line to one of the home maintenance web sites and follow directions for taking one off.
Then take that old one to the hardware store and have the clerk there match it. This is necessary because there are many different ones out there.
Once you get it home, follow the directions on the package.

It's very easy to do. You want to make sure you get one that is similar to make it as easy as possible...and maybe you can get away without drilling new holes.
