Hooray for justice and freedom.

Link please...it all depends on which Court of Appeals...they all lean to different sides...this one probably was in the bed with the Democrats...it's not news unless the Supreme Court rules on it...

I don't think there was any evidence that it would be used against democrats. I also don't think there was any evidence it would help with fighting terrorists.
