Technically speaking, of course guys cannot get pregnant. But there are many, many couples that refer to the phrase "we're pregnant" when they are expecting a baby. This helps the man feel more a part of the pregnancy and closer to the baby. :-)

Unless you know something that the rest of us don't, there is no way for a man to become pregnant. Even the ones that have sex changes. Sorry, Charlie. You'll have to go the old route: date, marry, then have HER get pregnant.

well you can insert an already fertilized enbryo into a mans abdominal cavity but we would have to have a c-section. its just the same concept as male seahorses. well according to my science teacher anyway
