How can someone in office only 9 months have anything to do with it, and to the other poster who said Bush knew it was going to happen, absolute crap, if he had known exactly what was going to happen it would have been PREVENTED.

HHHHMMMM.....facts are facts and fact is that Bush had only been in office for 9 months when it happened...Fact Osama had already bombed WTC in 1993 Fact Osama took credit for the USS Cole bombing...Fact Bill Clinton had ample opprotunities to Capture Osama before 9-11...So in theory Clinton is more to blame for 9-11 than Bush!!!

Not directly. However, he had been informed that there was credible evidence that there was a plan to fly airliners into unspecified buildings. As he dismissed these warnings, out of hand, he does bear some responsibility.
