The first thing you should do is check the fuse box for blown fuses. If there are any, replace them. If you don't find any blown fuses, or the new fuses you put in blow out, then the wiring will need to be checked. This should be done by a reputable specialist in auto electric.

Buy yourself a test light and a manual,attach one end of light to the battery ground the other end with probe on it is used to check the fuses,turn ignition on and check the fuses at both ends if the test light fails to light then the fuse is burnt replace fuse that has the same amperage capacity.

Most likely, replace the fuse. If that doesn't do it, then you'll need to take the car to an auto electric repair shop. good luck.
