I mean if I get an account from an ISP and that ISP is the most famous in the country and has many users at the server side not a Connection Ratio in the house. Thank you

The speed isn't user dependent in the same sense as a cable connection. If you've got your dsl hooked up to a router and one of your household has a limewire server set up you're going to see a definite loss of speed.

You share your ADSL connection with a number of other users, this is called the contention ratio and is usually somewhere between 20 and 50 users. The more users are downloading data the slower the connection will appear.

ADSL connection speed is mainly dependent on the length of the routing of your phoneline from the central office to your house. The nearer you are, the faster speed you can get. I work for an ISP and we have customers living beside the CO but is having slow speed. this is because their phoneline's routing is long. you can verify with an ISP how much speed you can get.
