yes, it should say mozilla firefox.
if you're on a PC: you download the installer from the firefox site and then it should put a short cut on your desktop. If not, check the start menu and look around for it.
if you're on a mac: download it and open the dmg file. drag the firefox icon onto the desktop and then double click it.
after it opens, use it like any other internet browser

Firefox is a better browser, good choice! Just go to www.firefox.com and download the browser. I think it will ask you if you want to make firefox your default browser. You do.
Then have fun! Go to the Tools and go to Add Ons. My firefox browser has little cats that are the back button and other buttons. There are lots of add ons to have fun with. And although I think IE has it now too, you don't have to keep going to the back button, FF has tabs that you can just click on to take you back to where you were before, or an hour ago, etc. Good luck!

"it says mozilla firefox" if thats what you see on the title bar, then your using firefox, its just a display header, by default it says Mozilla firefox to the right of all web site names.

The same way the you handle Internet Explorer. Firefox is just a browser, but it works smother and faster then does IE, and is more secure.

It's so much better than Internet Explorer and you can use Ctrl-t to bring up a new tab that way you don't have 5 separate windows up, you just have one window up with 5 different tabs...it's pretty sweet.
