It's very simple, you need to have a valid passport from any country, even from the US, you also need to have a round trip ticket, that is very important, now you need to buy a Cuban visa at the airport which is the equivalent to 15 usd. when filling out the visa DO NOT MAKE MISTAKES or you will have to buy a new one.

At arrival the immigration officer will ask you where you will stay, if you want to make it easy for you, just say HOTEL NACIONAL, if they ask you if you have a reservation, just say NO, and tell them you'll get the room once you arrive at the hotel.

And you also need to save 25 CUC, that is Cuban money for departure tax when leaving Cuba, if you don't pay that money they will not let you board the plane.

Enjoy the beautiful view of EL MALECON from the benches at the very end of the HOTEL NACIONAL.

When you tell an immigration officer you will stay in a hotel, and you go to such hotel and there were no rooms available. of course you have to go to a different location, that is no lying, is just not finding what you where looking for !!!

If you are from the US you cannot go to Cuba.. they will not let you in... From anywhere else in the world all you need is a passport and remember to keep $25 pesos so you can get out of the country

If you are an AmeriKan... that is illegal.

That being said... I believe you will need a Passport to get into Cuba... ESPECIALLY if you come from AmeriKa... if you are Mexican... I would guess anything like an old utility bill would work

Don't lie to the Cuban customs about where you are staying. I was checked up on within a couple of days.
