She would have to take a test covering the following topics before I would date her. (Who are we kidding? "Date" No one does that anymore. What you mean is sleep with regularly and exclusively.)
Math (Nothing hard, just what everyone should know before leaving high school)
Reason: It exposes their ability to think critically and logically. Also, depending on her high school transcript, it could divulge either her inability/unwillingness to retain important information or her willingness to cheat to get what she wants (that A she really didn't earn).
Basic Science (like what causes the world around her to tick.)
Reason: If she can't understand why the things that happen around her happen and that they are not magic but science, then she will never know her own place in the world around her (And she will depend on someone like a man to help give her reason and to protect her from the scary world around her, kind of like a two year old).
Current events (like who is president of the USA.)
Reason: Not knowing simple current events is usually a sign of self involvement and a general avoidance of accepting the fact that she is only one tiny piece of a giant and amazing social whole.
If she has ever said, or plans to say the words "I can't do that." or "It's impossible." That's an automatic hit it and quit it. If she is cute. Otherwise she is a gateway friend. Or a pity lay.
Just a man's perspective without all the crap guys say while trying to bed you.

Yes definitely. Someone who doesn't take any crap and doesn't follow the crowd is often fun and exciting....like the caring and laughing also.
