24 and pregnant for the 3rd time but this is the first time that I am (hopefully)able to carry to term. The first 2 times I never had any morning sickness but those ended around this time. So, since I've never really gotten this far, I don't know what to expect as far as all the stresses of morning sickness and what not. Has anyone ever been pregnant an never had morning sickness? Is this healthy or does this mean that my hormone levels aren't high enough. I've had my first OB visit and ultrasound and everything was fine but I haven't done my blood work yet.

Girl, don't listen to some of these people. I am 14 weeks pregnant and haven't had morning sickness or nausea. Some people just don't get it. It has nothing to do with hormone levels and the health of the baby, it's how YOUR body reacts to hormone levels. And obviously your body is able to handle the hormone levels. Some women react to the hormones while others don't. I know how scared you must be, I am sorry for your two losses, but it happened for a reason. Stay positive. You had an ultrasound that indicated that everything is fine. Keep your head up. And talk to your doctors about your worries and concerns, that's what they are there for.

8w2d here with our third and all three no morning sickness and carried the first two to term no problems and really no symptoms save for some tenderness in my breasts which is already going away. This is not any kind of indication as to whether or not everything is fine. Morning sickness has been associated with the hormone levels. They'll let you know when they get your bloodwork back if they think there's a problem - I'm surprised they haven't done them yet. Best of luck and I'll keep my fingers crossed that this one works out for you!

I never had any kind of morning sickness when I was pregnant. I have two boys, ages 3 and 1. My OB visits were very smooth and the only complications I had was being positive for strep B and needed medicine through an IV. (This test is late in the pregnancy.) They aren't associated in any way, so don't worry. ^^

Your doctor should be doing bloodwork on you very soon and with past miscarriages, I would have thought bloodwork would be done sooner. Morning sickness does indicate higher hormone levels, but I've known many women over the years who never had any morning sickness and carried to full term. Stay in touch with your doctor and ask about that bloodwork. It should have already been done!

Every pregnancy truly is different. With my first, I had practically no morning sickness and he was born perfect and healthy in every way. I'm 32 weeks pregnant now and have thrown up nearly everyday until about a month ago. I don't think your "level" of sickness is any indication of the baby's overall health.

Count yourself lucky. My guess is you're also the type of person to not get sick riding in the car or on a boat. It's just how your body works. Congratulations on your pregnancy. I just took a test this morning and saw a very faint line. I hope I get as far along as you are and then we all get to delivery without a problem!

My friend was pregnant with twins and had no nausea. It varies from woman to woman. I'm surprised that after 2 miscarriages that your blood work was not done yet. It is true that the nausea is in response to the HCG hormones, and it could be that your levels are not good, but hopefully that's not the case.

You do not always have morning sickness it just depends on the baby and I was sick all day with my son, and I only had morning sickness with my daughter for the first trimester. But yes it is normal.. Just stay focused and be encouraged. And may GOD bless you with the life of a beautiful baby.

I had no morning sickness with my first child. She is two and a half now.
But can I say that it is really rude that you posted this question like 7 times?? Other people (like me) have important questions to ask too, but no one can see them if your dumb 7 questions about morning sickness is taking up the whole screen. Way to be courteous.
