It was about 30%. Sound like a familiar number? About 30% of people in any given country are apparently too stupid and partisan to see the blue sky or the green grass.

I think the key word is partisan. I shouldn't have said stupid. Partisans presuppose that their side is right and alter their reality to fit that presupposition. It's the same thing with religion...

Those 30% are simply saying to be patient and wait. "W" is going to get the hang of it soon, once he has finished that Dr. Seuss book from 2001.
