I've tried to quit several times, although it does seem when I smoke I get headaches, I can't bring myself to quit. Anyone have any info about this? Thanks.

Absolutely. Just the smoke from cigarettes contain many gases that are quite toxic to the body. You are literally breathing in posionous chemicals.... They are actually considering making lung cancer deaths from smoking known as "SUICIDE". My dad is a jugde, and he heard from the government that within the next 6-8 months if you die from lung cancer because YOU smoke so much, then you have actually commited suicide! Cigarette companies have made cigarettes 15% more addictive in the past 3 years... bad, I know, but they've got to do this in order to compete with all the Stop smoking advertisements. Please stop smoking! It's bad for YOU, the people AROUND YOU, PLANTS, our ATMOSPHERE, and our entire WORLD! I hope this scares you a little bit, because I hate when people die from something silly like smoking! Please get help about this. There are dozens of good programs out now that you could pick up at your local drugstore to help you stop smoking!

Since smoking causes your lungs to provide less oxygen to your body, I would have to say that smoking can cause headaches. Decreased blood flow to your head = headache

I know it's hard to quit....but you should do it for the sake of your body, those around you, AND your pocketbook!

Good luck!

well some people are really bad around smoke, my sister used to get headaches from it. i don't think it would last overnight unless you already started to get a headache. or it could be the air in the car coming through windows.
