It all depends on the soup.
But in general. I like-
Goldfish Crackers- with almost any soup
Crusty French Bread- with hearty chowders
Garlic Bread- with potato soup, tomato soup, minestrone
Grilled Cheese Sandwich- with tomato soup or cream of broccoli, or mushroom soup
