Should he move on next year?

If he stays in Colorado -- probably not.

Awfully big contract to try and move, though. The Rox will almost certainly have to pick up some of it in any trade.

i think he could do really well in the American League as a DH.

I would love to see Todd Helton in the playoffs or even get a ring. He has been one of the best hitters in baseball the last decade. For some reason, his power stats have really deminished the last 2-3 seasons and the thin air in coors field helps, so if he does decide to leave, he needs to go to a hitter friendly stadium. Boston or Seattle might be a good fit.

Maybe!! He'll be traded to the Yankees later this year only because they'll overpay. The Yankees love to overpay for players who are past their prime. Todd Helton.. this year's Bobby Abreu.

I can't feel sorry for a guy with a $140 million dollar contract. He signed a 9 year contract with the Rockies and if he really thought they would have enough cash after that to put a championship-caliber team around him then that's his fault.

He will, only if he gets traded. No chance in Colorado.
