Valve seals, after a minute or two I bet it clears up. When the oil is draining back down from the valve cover gaskets a little is going into the cylinder through the valves. Still good to go for quite awhile just check your oil weekly

Sounds likea problem with to much fuel in the cylinders, which could be caused by the computer feeding too much into the injector when shutting down the engine. And feeding too much on start up. If the car or engine runs a little rough when first starting, that's a good indication of flooding and could be the cause of the smoke.
A leaking head gasket would produce more of a white smoke, and if valve guides where bad then the car would burn quite a bit of oil and the smoke would be more constant than just on start up.
New plugs may not be your complete answer, but would probably give a more complete combustion.

I have no idea what a 91 camry is, i presume american, but the reason the smoke comes out black is because you are burning oil as well as petrol. you have an internal oil leak somewhere. take it to a mechanic

Oil seals on the tops of the valves get dried out with age. As the car sits, it allows oil to seep down into the cylinder. This, combined with normal cylinder and ring wear will make your car smoke blue. If its blaack smoke, the mixture is too rich.

you most likely have broken an oil ring in one of the cyl. take each spark plug out until you find the one covered in wet oil and you will know which one it is.
